Abi Fashina

With over 20 years’ experience in Construction and Built Environment, Abi Fashina is a top-level Construction Project Manager. She began her career with GetJar Limited, a Tier 1 construction firm in the UK, and gained experience moving up the ranks. She has extensive experience in leading and managing complex projects while driving cross-functional teams of Engineers, Procurement and Operations. Mrs Fashina’s areas of core expertise include Concrete Frame Construction, Project Cost Management, Pre-construction Planning, Construction Management, Design Coordination, and Management. Her most recent project was the framework of an 11-floor composite structure that will be home to Nike and Sony HQ. She has also made significant contribution to a number of high-rise structures in the UK. More recently, she has operated as a consultant, providing leadership and direction to clients, helping them align their construction projects to be agile and more efficient. Through this transformational approach she has been able to save her clients 30% on costs. Mrs Fashina’s passion for business transformation enables her to provide direction and leadership to construction project plans. She is highly skilled in process engineering and service improvement techniques. Mrs Fashina holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Salford and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
